#DATA (#3282) is a dialing code that increases the reliability and speed of sending data over the cellular network.

To ensure a dependable connection in the cellular environment, #DATA uses specially developed cellular protocols (standard languages) that enable modems to talk to each other.

To send data over the cellular network, the only equipment you will need is a data-capable cellular phone, a cellular data modem card and a connecting cable. Simply attach the cellular data modem to your laptop computer, and the connecting cable from your modem to your cellular phone. Normal cellular airtime and long distance rates apply under the cellular service plan to which you subscribe.
